Fu Xiaoli, head of the Process Quality Department, joined Hujiang Materials right after graduating from university and has been with the company ever since. Mr. Li Xinqin, head of the Equipment Department, is even “of the same generation” as Hujiang Materials—having been with the company for exactly 30 years since its inception. He has witnessed every pivotal milestone in the enterprise’s evolution, from its early days to its maturity, encapsulating his deep bond with the company in four words: “through thick and thin together.” Ms. Sun Silan, Finance Department Manager, has leveraged 26 years of learning and experience to rise from an ordinary finance professional to a departmental leader. Meanwhile, Mr. Jiang Yang, Office Director, began as a junior intern and, after more than 13 years of rotating through various departments, ultimately assumed a managerial role. Finally, a dazzling performance by the Free Radical Band brought the celebration to a rousing climax, as pulsating rhythms mingled with thunderous applause, bringing Hujiang Materials’ 30th anniversary festivities to a perfect close.
