Maze venting bag
Vent bags are a commonly used type of packaging in industry for powdery or finely granular materials. The most prevalent varieties include vent‑valve bags and perforated vent bags. Perforated vent bags can be further categorized into double‑layer perforated bags and single‑layer perforated bags. Labyrinth‑type perforated vent bags employ a cleverly designed pattern of holes that leverages the differing flow characteristics of gases and solid powders: gases can escape from the bag relatively easily, while the powder remains securely contained. This allows residual air to be automatically expelled from the bag after stacking, ensuring safe handling and preventing product spillage.

Vent bags are a commonly used type of packaging in industry for powdery or finely granular materials. The most prevalent varieties include vent‑valve bags and perforated vent bags. Perforated vent bags can be further classified into double‑layer perforated bags and single‑layer perforated bags. Labyrinth‑type perforated vent bags, with their ingeniously designed hole patterns, leverage the differing flow characteristics of gases and solid powders: gases can escape from the bag relatively easily, while the powder remains securely contained. This allows residual air to be automatically expelled from the bag after stacking, ensuring product safety and preventing collapse.
Single-layer maze venting bag: The seam is designed with a double‑weld configuration: the overlap area features either perforated or fully welded bottom‑layer gaps, while the outer weld includes venting notches or, when sealing the bag opening laterally, venting notches are left.

Double-labyrinth venting bag: The vent holes of the inner and outer bags are offset, and the outer layer features perforations.

Features of the maze venting bag:
1. Due to the offset of the inner and outer vent holes, direct communication between the inside and outside of the bag is prevented, thereby eliminating issues such as powder leakage and air backflow that commonly occur with perforated vent bags.
2. Since no venting components such as one-way exhaust valves are used, the entire bag is made from a single recyclable material.
