Round-bottom liquid container bag
The round-bottom liquid bulk bag is formed by heat-sealing a tubular‑molded bag body with a double‑layer, same‑material bottom. It can be used in conjunction with woven‑fabric round‑bottom bulk bags and octagonal cardboard boxes as an IBC liquid container. This liquid container consists, from inside to outside, of a dimensionally matched round‑bottom liquid bulk bag, a woven‑fabric round‑bottom bulk bag, and an octagonal cardboard box.

The round-bottom liquid flexible container is formed by heat-sealing a bag body produced via blow molding of tubular film to a double-layer, same-material bottom. It can be used in conjunction with woven‑fabric round‑bottom bulk bags and octagonal cardboard boxes as an IBC‑type liquid packaging system. This liquid packaging system consists, from inside to outside, of a dimensionally matched round‑bottom liquid flexible container, a woven‑fabric round‑bottom bulk bag, and an octagonal cardboard box.

Aluminum-plastic laminated inner bag: PET/AL/PA/PO (standard type, high-temperature resistant type)
Non-aluminum-plastic inner liner bag: PO/PA co-extruded, PO/EVOH co-extruded
Product Specifications
Liner bag thickness: 100 μm ~ 300 μm
FIBC and carton dimensions: manufactured according to customer requirements.
Corrugated box layer count: Produced according to customer requirements.
Product Features
The liquid contained within exerts uniform pressure on all parts of the round‑bottom flexible intermediate bulk container (FIBC), ensuring even stress distribution across the bag and minimizing the risk of bulging or deformation. The woven‑fabric FIBC offers high strength and excellent shape retention, further reducing pressure on the outer cardboard box and enhancing safety during storage and transportation. After use, the cardboard box can be folded for compact storage and reused, saving space; its overall lightweight design also facilitates convenient handling and transport.
Product Application Areas
This product’s IBC liquid carton serves as a replacement for IBC tote tanks, suitable for the containment and transport of non‑hazardous fluids in industries such as food, oils and fats, pharmaceuticals, coatings, and chemicals.
