High-barrier aluminum oxide polyester film (AloxPET2+)
High-barrier aluminum oxide–polyester film is a high-barrier film prepared by coating and vacuum deposition to form multiple barrier layers and an aluminum oxide layer on a polyester film substrate.
Category:
High-barrier aluminum oxide polyester film (AloxPET2+)
High-barrier aluminum oxide–polyester film uses polyester film as the base substrate and deposits multiple layers on its surface via coating and vacuum evaporation.
A high-barrier film prepared by depositing a barrier layer and an aluminum oxide layer.
Product Specifications:
Base material thickness: 13 µm; length and width: manufactured to customer specifications.
Product Features:
1. Effectively blocks water vapor and oxygen, with minimal sensitivity to temperature and humidity; prevents packaged goods from deteriorating due to oxidation.
Colorful and effectively prevents the contents from getting damp;
2. Aluminum oxide is electrically non-conductive and can be used for microwave heating or foreign-object detection in metal detectors.
3. PET exhibits excellent transparency and, even after aluminum oxide coating, maintains a high light transmittance of approximately 89%, surpassing that of aluminum foil.
Packaging enables product visualization.
4. With the coating, it exhibits strong ink adhesion, enabling high-quality printing and clearly reproducing a wide range of patterns and text.
5. PET itself, as well as aluminum oxide, exhibit relatively stable chemical properties and are resistant to reactions with most chemicals, making them suitable for encapsulation.
Contains multiple chemical products.
