Antistatic electronic packaging
Conventional PE film is an insulating material that readily generates static electricity upon friction. This static charge can lead to discharge, sparks, and dust attraction. When used to package electronic products, the resulting static electricity may damage sensitive components. Antistatic films, on the other hand, prevent static buildup, safeguarding electronic devices, LCD panels, and various optical films and substrates used in assembly processes, while also minimizing dust accumulation. Packaging made with antistatic composite films effectively mitigates static electricity and retains the sealing and robust characteristics of composite films.
