Multi-layer co-extruded ribbed bag
The reinforced ton bag, also known as a fitted inner bag, effectively prevents the “barrel‑shaped bulging” that can occur when it is filled with material, thereby facilitating stacking and transportation. This reinforced ton bag comprises a bag body equipped with an inlet and an outlet; inside the bag, reinforcing ribs are installed to counteract mid‑section bulging after loading. Each of the four corners of the bag body features a reinforcing rib, with both ends of the rib attached to the bag fabric on either side of the corner. The ribs are perforated with multiple discharge holes to allow materials to flow smoothly into the bag’s corner areas. The reinforced‑gusset ton bag incorporates internal gussets that effectively prevent deformation, addressing the issue of mid‑bag bulging after loading. This ensures a neat, uniform shape when loaded, minimizing space occupancy within the container and enabling the carriage of more goods, thereby reducing logistics costs.
